I have been analysing extra philosopjy for fun
here is a thought:
is law a result of negative reinforcement based on how people are and act?
is law a positive act meant to guild people?
is law a result of rational beings living together? I E is it a result of rational extended into the daily life of others based on the fact that every person is a rational actor?
Is law a result of free will beings acting towards each other?
in my mind it is all of the above
thoughts on kant and hume, even hegel/
