The someone in 2007 left his house and began to walk down the street, he saw what at first looked like toddlers, however these toddlers could speak. He realised soon after words these were gnomes, fitting the description and height. He discovered that they sometimes get help humans who use trailers to disguise them. They speak like adults and the older ones show signs og aging. They often disguise their equipment to git the age we think they are, infants and toddlers. So the various races og peoples who have visited or lived on earth are completely recorded in myth and history, it simply takes figuring out who they are.
