The floor and everything around the depleting anti matter lost its structural integrity, the energy depleted the coherency of the matter.
The someone did not touch it though bathed in its energy watching it mesmerized.
There is a chance that either something was added to the plains that crashed that caused the kolatic experience or something in one of the labs in the towers, something that was classified caused this kolatic experience on earth. The someone suspects this opened a door between kolatic worlds and this one.
The disappearance of people not accounted for and bodies burnt and melting due to the incident added to this theory of anti matter. Kolasis on earth.
This event began the end of terrorism and the beginning of the general distain of such criminal actions.
